Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead campaign production and delivery, focusing on building & supporting standard and new programs such as email, nurture, lead capture, events, and webinars. This role will also support the marketing technology stack, including software implementations, maintaining integrations and ensuring data capture and connectivity.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with marketing teams to build and launch effective marketing campaigns and programs, including webinars, events, email, nurture and integrated campaigns. Own and manage marketing campaign execution and delivery process, including SLAs/deadlines, building assets, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, QA process, tracking, and on time deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ work experience in a sales, marketing or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Marketo Certified Expert preferred – or equivalent HubSpot/other MAP tool certification or 2+ years’ experience working with Marketo, HubSpot or equivalent
• Experience managing campaign operations and delivery of marketing programs
• Experience in setting up tracking mechanisms for marketing campaigns
• Strong foundation in email marketing, building nurture journeys and triggered campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and emails
• Proficient in Salesforce
• High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
