Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in a hybrid environment, coordinating with agencies to plan and execute editorial calendars, creating content, and analyzing digital campaign performance. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media management, content creation, email marketing, website management, analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, ability to produce high-quality photos and videos, and experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Up to 25% travel (exhibitions, customer visits, content capture, events)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to produce high-quality photos and videos; comfortable filming and directing short tutorials or interviews
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and CMS platforms (WordPress ideal)
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (GA4, Hootsuite or equivalent)
• Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages such as German or Italian are a strong plus
