Role Overview

The Executive, Sales Operations Modern Trade is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end field operations across the assigned region, ensuring effective operational execution, manpower management, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement, promotional compliance, and consistent adherence to company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You Will Do

Take full ownership of the assigned region and ensure smooth, consistent day-to-day operational execution in line with company guidelines and SOPs. Monitor and drive achievement of all operational KPIs, ensuring promotional activities are correctly set up and executed in alignment with approved guidelines and company requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, in a Merchadising / Sales Merchadising capacity
• Basic knowledge of administrative management principles and techniques
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP enterprise resource planning software and BIBO systems
• Basic analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a good level of overall computer literacy
• Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Agility in adapting to rapidly evolving digital and operational environments
• Collaborative team player who is equally capable of working independently, with a proactive, responsible, and organized approach to work
