Account Executive – Mid Market

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and growing clients within the facility management sector. You will undergo comprehensive training to learn our operations, product, sales processes, and client management strategies.

Participate in structured training programs, build and maintain client relationships, prepare presentations, learn CRM tools, manage the sales cycle, and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 0-6 years’ experience in inside sales, account management or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales or operations experience in facility maintenance
• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
• Experience in using Salesforce and other CRM type software
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales and operations environment
• Ability to provide uninterrupted peace of mind to our customers
• Basic understanding of how to navigate customer organizations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Multi-task oriented and strong public speaking skills
• Proficient understanding of facility management services and industry best practices
• Proficient client relationship management skills
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs
