Role Overview
The US Director, Revenue Operations will lead the U.S. revenue operations function, driving programmatic revenue, direct campaign delivery, and commercial growth. The role involves owning the day-to-day U.S. Revenue Operations function, balancing commercial priorities with operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading a multi-million-dollar annual U.S. Programmatic business, driving incremental revenue and yield through new partnerships, products, and optimization opportunities, and managing U.S.-specific relationships with SSPs and ad-tech partners.

Requirements
- Significant experience across both direct ad operations and programmatic
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager or an equivalent ad server
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including auction mechanics, bidding technology, supply-path optimization (SPO), identity solutions, brand safety, IVT, and the VAST framework
- Proven experience managing direct-sold and PMP campaigns from setup and trafficking through launch, pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to pull reports, interpret performance dashboards, identify trends, and make data-led commercial decisions
- Experience managing relationships with SSPs, ad-tech providers, and other technology partners
- A natural people leader who is target-driven and able to motivate, develop, and drive a team forward
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across U.S. and international teams
