Role Overview

Join the Sales & Marketing team of a 100-year-old homebuilder as an Inside Sales Associate. This role is responsible for responding to, qualifying, nurturing, and managing online leads and customer inquiries.

What You Will Do

Respond to e-mail and phone leads, qualify leads, provide follow-up to online prospects, and work with prospects to determine the best community and floor plan.

Requirements

• Two years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Customer focused and personable
• Proven e-mail and phone communication skills
• Sales contact management database experience
• Comfortable using an array of different technologies to achieve goals
• Solid organizational, planning and managing skills
• Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and manage time well
