Requirements

  • Some initial experience in sales, customer support, or any role involving frequent customer interaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Italian native speaker
  • Active listener, empathetic, precise, and direct
  • Well-organized and self-driven
  • Knowledge of a CRM, especially Salesforce, is a plus
