Requirements
- Some initial experience in sales, customer support, or any role involving frequent customer interaction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Italian native speaker
- Active listener, empathetic, precise, and direct
- Well-organized and self-driven
- Knowledge of a CRM, especially Salesforce, is a plus
