Financial Operations Analyst – Funds Distributions

Role Overview

The Financial Operations Analyst will liaise with Transfer Agents and Fund Management companies, process transaction commissions, and maintain data integrity within internal systems.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include transaction commissions processing, reconciliation follow-up, payments, and reporting for Trailer Fees and Platform Fees.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of industry experience related to financial services operations
• Understanding of investment operations and operational excellence
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in additional languages (French) is preferred
• Well-developed organizational and critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities
• Detail oriented and excellent accuracy skills
• Good understanding in mutual fund and hedge fund
