Role Overview
The Senior Associate will play a critical role driving the current and future state success of the Commercial Operations team and the sales business. In this role, you will help build and execute the team strategy, own team capacity planning, be the subject matter expert on data, generate deep insights and recommendations on how to improve deal velocity and accuracy, and own the delivery of projects and programs that impact sales across all lines of businesses.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Associate, you will analyze data through CRM reports, SQL, spreadsheets, and AI to convert data into insights into action, conduct deep dives to product recommendations, define and quantify problem statements, and take a structured approach to solving problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience
- High-growth or experience in a technology company preferred
- Ability to deeply understand complex processes and produce end-to-end documentation and processes and workflows
- Strong project/program management capabilities
- Ability to manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI
- Ability to analyze data sets to generate insight, conduct sizing of estimated impact of current and future states, and build data models to estimate future work
