Manager, Local Markets Growth

We are hiring a Manager to join the Strategy & Operations team to accelerate growth in the Southeast & Texas regions. The ideal candidate will have experience blending analytics and creativity to scope and implement solutions, working as an individual contributor and as part of a larger team. They will be responsible for owning business outcomes, building and leading a team, influencing cross-functionally, operating and experimenting to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a high-performance culture
• Led and motivated a team before
• Talent for summarizing complex problems and translating high-level goals into relevant plans
• Bias towards action and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience in a complex or high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree a plus
