Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a regional segment and being accountable for multifunctional coordination and collaboration with internal functions to ensure profitable and sustainable use of Dow’s capabilities. They will also be responsible for activating Dow’s digital capabilities, generating market intelligence, and developing insights to drive growth and market plans.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will lead efforts, acquire market intelligence, develop medium- and long-term strategies, and maintain lead and innovation pipelines. They will also be responsible for localization of globally developed strategies, and maintaining lead and innovation pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working experience, previous experience in digital marketing, and experience in the automotive industry. They will also have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal effectiveness, project management, and entrepreneurship skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or Related Areas
• Fluent English and Spanish in verbal and written communications
• 5+ years working experience
• Previous experience working with Digital Marketing
• Automotive industry previous experience
