Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities. Serves as a primary internal point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.

What You Will Do

Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts, coordinates purchasing activities, and supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field
