As the nation’s largest homebuilder by volume, D.R. Horton is transforming how it uses data, AI, and digital solutions for the next generation of homebuilding. The AI Adoption & Enablement Manager will help turn modern AI capabilities into practical ways of working across the organization.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver role-based workshops, office hours, playbooks, demonstrations, and learning experiences for approved AI and digital tools. Partner with business and field teams to identify high-value everyday AI and workflow automation opportunities and help users apply them safely.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Learning, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of technology adoption, change, learning, digital workplace, product enablement, or related experience
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise generative AI and productivity tools and ability to teach practical use cases to nontechnical users
- Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and program management skills.
- Ability to understand governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements and translate them into practical user guidance
