Lead the Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives, coach on sales techniques, and review reports to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
• six to eight years related experience and/or training
• state specific licenses for loan origination, if applicable
