Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst partners with business leaders to improve operating-expense visibility, capital allocation, and corporate risk management. The role delivers analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations that support disciplined spending, sound investment decisions, and profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly management reporting, support annual budgeting and forecasting, improve reporting through standardized processes, and develop and evaluate capital business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, cost analysis, or operations finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and data organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, curiosity, and integrity.
