Role Overview
As an IT Change Manager / Change Enablement Manager, you will take on a key role within our Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring changes to our IT services, systems, and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware, and controlled way.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include managing and continuously improving our Change Enablement process, supporting Change Owners in planning, assessing, and implementing changes, and reviewing Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning, and required approvals.

Requirements
- ITIL certification
- experience with ISO 27001, ISMS, IT Governance, or audit requirements
- good understanding of Change Management / Change Enablement
- knowledge of the relationships between Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management
- experience working with technical teams and different stakeholder groups
- ability to facilitate meetings in a structured way and prepare decisions
- strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
- pragmatic approach to processes, governance, and standards
- confident and professional communication skills, even when dealing with different interests and priorities
