Driven Brands is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to ensure Maaco shops deliver on the brand promise, translate national campaigns into local activations, and test new ideas.
Requirements
- 5+ years in field, retail, or multi-unit marketing (corporate or franchise experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success executing local marketing plans that delivered measurable growth
- Business acumen with budget ownership or P&L exposure a plus
- Strong, collaborative working partner; builds trust with field and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator who can make insights actionable for both leadership and shop-level teams
- Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment, detail-oriented
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management
- Bachelor’s degree required
