Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative II, you will help Duck Creek create new pipeline with property and casualty insurers. You will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, respond to qualified inbound interest, generate meetings at industry tradeshows, and lead introductory conversations that help determine fit and next steps.
What You Will Do
Conducting proactive outreach activities daily through calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagements. Identifying pain points of prospects and adeptly articulating how Duck Creek’s solutions can address them, while qualifying fit compared to Duck Creek’s ICP.

Requirements
- Business Development Representative experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
- Interest in sales development, sales or marketing
- Intellectual curiosity, a competitive spirit, and an unwavering commitment to meeting and surpassing goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management and organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
