Head of Direct Sales Operations

Role Overview

The Head of Direct Sales Operations will develop the business plan to grow the Dyson US direct business in line with short- and long-term goals by delivering a best-in-class experience that focuses on our technology.

What You Will Do

The role will be responsible for working in partnership with the Direct channel owners to identify and implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, leading the negotiation of new retail business models, and developing a clear playbook to codify the levers to pull depending on various business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or its foreign equivalent
• 4 years of experience in ecommerce or premium brand national account
• Three years of experience in strategic planning
• Three years of experience in presentation, analytical skills, P&L optimization, and demand forecasting
• Three years of experience in providing insights to POS trends within account base via Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe, or Anaplan
• Three years of experience in negotiation and closing in the consumer goods industry
• Three years of budget/quota delivery with a minimum revenue of $150m
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, power queries, charting, data validation, and conditional formatting
