Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to measure product performance, identify drivers of reliability and owner satisfaction, and turn data into actionable insights. The role requires an authentic, energetic, and pioneering data professional who can think differently about business problems and translate complex requirements into clear actions and valuable outputs.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting from the Mendix suite of applications, tracking new product launches, partnering with Market Quality teams, and supporting Customer Service teams through effective maintenance and improvement of existing dashboards.

Requirements
- Data visualisation experience using Tableau (preferred), Looker, Qlik or Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience modelling data in Google Cloud Platform or a comparable cloud environment
