Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support a variety of operating departments by providing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. You’ll work closely with Accounting and business partners to ensure financial information is accurate, actionable, and supports effective decision-making.
What You Will Do
Preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and commentary on departmental operating expenses, supporting the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial projections, and analyzing financial performance, investigating variances, and identifying trends and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Accounting
- Three to five years of experience in an accounting or financial analysis role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong spreadsheet skills
- Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and account reconciliations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
