Head of Finance Systems

Role Overview

The Head of Finance Systems will be the preferred partner of Finance to build and evolve a high-performance, reliable, and aligned finance stack. The role involves governance, performance, and evolution of the Finance information system, and ensuring the coherence of the application mapping and the fluidity of data flows between tools.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include ensuring the governance, performance, and evolution of the Finance information system, adapting tools to business needs, and ensuring the reliability of cross-functional processes and the availability of tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent, with a specialization in SI and/or finance
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or ESN, with implementation or management of Finance IS, project management, or digital transformation
• Solid culture of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, treasury) and good mastery of ERP and finance ecosystem tools (EPM, BI, ETL)
• Fluent English
• Natural leadership, prioritization sense, and ability to convince without hierarchy
• Pedagogy: ability to make complex things simple
• Agility and resilience in a transforming environment, with a genuine curiosity for innovation in finance, and particularly AI
