Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager supports the planning and execution of the marketing strategy at the store level, not limited to events, education, community relations, and graphics.

What You Will Do

Partners with Corporate Marketing and Store Director to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, collaborates with the corporate Marketing Team, and ensures the defined strategies and initiatives are correctly executed at the store level.

Manages relationships with celebrity chefs, business partners, producers, local organizations, and local authorities, and analyzes performance and reports progress to senior leadership on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with prior managerial experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and business management skills
  • Knowledge of and contacts in the food industry
  • Project management skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
