Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role
- Experience working to retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both in-person and in writing
- Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working
