Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for business development for existing and new customers in the actuation product portfolio. The position requires establishing long-term relationships with key decision makers of customers and end-users, and owning product group plans to drive strategy, market analysis, product and technology roadmaps, and other marketing activities.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will use Business Development and Capture processes to identify, qualify, and execute new opportunities, and be accountable for the delivery of Order Intake in accordance with the budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or business management within aerospace and defense industry
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.
