Demand Generation Marketing Leader, META

Role Overview

The Demand Generation Marketing Leader is a key leadership role within the META Field Marketing organization, responsible for regional marketing communications strategy and execution, aligned with global integrated marketing priorities to drive business growth across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa.

What You Will Do

The role leads the META Field Demand Generation Marketing organization, including segment marketing communications, PR and Events, working with Global/EMEA Marcom Centers of Excellence, Segment and Sales leaders to develop, localize, execute and optimize customer-focused integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, account-based marketing and sales enablement strategy
• Experience with marketing communications strategy development
• Experience working/partnering with sales or customer-facing organizations
• Adept at analyzing digital marketing data for campaign optimization
• Proven experience in managing a team (ideally team of teams) across different geographies and cultures
• Experience working/partnering with sales or customer-facing organizations
• Adept of process-based and data-driven approach
• Fluency in English
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Ability to build rapport across the business and cross-functional teams
• Energetic enthusiasm for a matrix team environment
• Strategic agility and the ability to navigate between strategic and tactical
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
