Sales Enablement Specialist (AI Enablement)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize the performance and productivity of our sales teams through effective tools, training, and strategic resources. This role is crucial for ensuring our sales professionals are proficient in using essential systems, possess advanced selling skills, and have access to high-quality sales collateral.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs on core sales systems and tools, develop and deliver advanced sales skills training, create and manage sales collateral, support the execution of go-to-market strategies, identify bottlenecks for process improvement, and analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
• Proven expertise in training on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering sales skills training programs
• Track record of creating effective sales collateral (e.g., playbooks, battle cards, scripts)
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and their execution within a sales context
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills (e.g., using BI tools to analyze sales performance)
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus)
