Marketing Manager – Tise

Role Overview

Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers to help shape and execute the marketing strategy for Tise in Norway. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and launch of creative and tactical campaigns, ensure content cohesion across channels, and analyze results to improve.

What You Will Do

You’ll work closely with Brand, Performance, Growth, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience, explore new ways to engage and grow the Norwegian Tise community, and stay on top of trends and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the Norwegian market and current trends, particularly among young adults
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, influencers, paid advertising, content, events, etc.)
• An analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate results and optimize based on insights
• A strong creative instinct – what will Tise’s next award-winning campaign be?
• You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go
• A passion for sustainability, fashion, and secondhand – experience in one or more of these areas is a huge plus!
