Sales Engineer

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will execute the sales strategy within an assigned region to drive revenue growth, representing the company in all sales-oriented activities.

What You Will Do

Develop new prospects, interact with existing customers, and increase sales of Ebco products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiating, and selling skills
  • Ability to provide uncompromised customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Familiarity with basic engineering and manufacturing principles
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Technical skills, such as blueprint reading, preferred
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales and/or customer service with OEMs
  • 2+ years of experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferred
  • Experience with technical business processes such as RFQ, PPAP, ECR
  • Knowledge of JIT, logistics, and supply chain fundamentals
  • Fundamental knowledge of rubber manufacturing, preferred
