Product Operations Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical and proactive Product Operations Associate to help our Product team work more efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Product Designers, Engineering Squad Leads and Customer Success to coordinate product development, facilitate customer research and ensure information flows seamlessly between teams.

What You Will Do

Coordinate information flow, track product initiatives, research competitor products, support investigations into customer performance and product usage, and help prepare product release notes.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field from a top tier university.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management or a related role.
• Exceptional proficiency with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar platforms, with demonstrated experience using them for research, analysis, automation and productivity improvements.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise and professional reports.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through on tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• A genuine interest in technology, software products and artificial intelligence.
