Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation who will lead the European demand generation strategy of ECI. In this role, you will translate our global marketing strategy into effective regional programs, lead a team of demand generation professionals, and work closely with sales, marketing operations, and global stakeholders to build a healthy and predictable pipeline across Europe.
What You Will Do
The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid search, social, email, webinars, events, ABM, content, and partner marketing. They will also be responsible for managing the marketing-to-sales funnel, lead quality, pipeline speed, and conversion. Additionally, they will oversee the localization of campaign materials, landing pages, and web content, and work closely with Marketing Operations on lead management, scoring, and routing.

Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/technology, with a strong focus on demand generation, of which 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in stimulating pipeline and bookings growth via multichannel campaigns
- Experience with marketing in multiple European countries, with knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations (e.g. AVG/GDPR)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, revenue marketing, and experience working within a global matrix organization
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, marketing analysis, and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce)
- Experience with budget management and vendor relationships, plus excellent command of Dutch and English
