Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer will own the engineering behind the Service Cloud platform, building the next generation of it with Agentforce and Einstein. The role involves hands-on development, working directly with support operations leaders, and building the next generation of the Service Cloud platform.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities include Service Cloud Engineering, AI and Automation, Integrations, and Quality and Operations. This involves designing, building, and maintaining the case lifecycle, building and tuning Omni-Channel routing, developing Lightning Web Components and Apex, and configuring and extending intake channels.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years building on Salesforce with substantial Service Cloud work. They should have hands-on experience with case management, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, and milestones, as well as strong Apex, LWC, and declarative craft skills.
