Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst supports forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across the organization. This role partners with business leaders and finance teams to provide actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy, and support operational and financial decision-making.
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst will support monthly forecasting processes, assist with annual budget preparation, maintain and enhance forecasting models, analyze key business drivers, and provide meaningful commentary and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, or a related finance function
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
