Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a similar hands-on HR role
- solid understanding of Chilean employment law and HR practices
- experience coordinating payroll and working with external payroll providers
- comfortable managing recruitment processes and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- good level of English, both written and spoken, and Spanish fluency required for the Chilean context
