About the Role

Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) function across all product categories and segments for ECOVACS Japan. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HQ GTM teams to drive product roadmap planning, channel placement, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with Japan’s retail cycles. Execute product strategies, successfully launch products into the market, and identify opportunities to drive business growth in Japan.

This role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, able to develop comprehensive plans supported by insights and analysis, and possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. High visibility across regional and global teams also requires the ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate effectively across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution of the product roadmap, while effectively communicating the roadmap vision and strategy to all stakeholders to ensure successful alignment and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) discussions and initiatives, develop comprehensive GTM plans, and drive successful product launches in Japan.
  • Develop product pricing and channel strategies, and manage the communication, tracking, and adjustment of pricing and channel decisions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ to conceptualize, develop, and execute strategic programs that enhance category awareness and accelerate growth in key markets.
  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate category and product performance, and drive optimization initiatives to maximize sell-in and sell-through performance.
  • Take ownership of SKU efficiency and product SKU planning, including managing additional SKU requests supported by solid business cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, product operations, or marketing within consumer electronics, home appliances, or smart hardware industries
  • Proven experience in overseas market operations is essential
  • Strong understanding of Japan markets and new product launch processes
  • Familiarity with both e-commerce and offline retail channel operations
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and international teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures
  • Data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • High integrity, strong ownership, and collaborative mindset
  • Strong local market network and business connections are a plus
  • Travel to Japan is required for business meetings, market visits, and cross-functional collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
