Role Overview
Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests. Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues.
What You Will Do
Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics. Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Partner closely with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across both China and the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
