What You Will Do

Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation, handle CRM system and database, coordinate between departments, and assist in order processing and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
• + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
• Proficiency in OFFICE software
• Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis
• Handling customer inquires and complaints diplomatically
• Attention to detail
• Fluent English
