What You Will Do

Own feature release readiness, establish and optimise product feedback loops, drive cross-functional alignment, analyse product performance, build operational infrastructure, and drive user growth and adoption.

Requirements

• Experience working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, business, and ops teams
• Experience with product analytics platforms and project management tools
• Experience in go-to-market (GTM) processes, conducting user research, and incident reporting/management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong pattern recognition skills
• Experience translating qualitative user insights and quantitative data into practical product recommendations
• Capability to conduct root cause analysis and develop systematic approaches to recurring operational challenges
• Strong facilitation abilities to run cross-functional meetings
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proactive mindset with ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions to completion
