Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze the company’s financial performance and advise the company on its future financial strategy. The role will focus on either real estate operations or construction and development operations.
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, develop models for decision support, prepare reports on financial performance, and make recommendations on financial decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible financial analysis, FP&A, real estate, development, construction finance, or related experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare concise, executive-level financial reporting and presentations
- Experience improving financial processes, reporting systems, and automation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience with Yardi is preferred
