Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to our national New Business function. This role will oversee sales operations, pipeline management, reporting, Salesforce, and process governance, while supporting the sales team to improve conversion and maintain momentum across the sales cycle.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include managing the national New Business pipeline, running regular pipeline reviews, preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, owning Salesforce as the single source of truth, identifying opportunities to improve sales conversion, and maintaining and improving sales and implementation processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role, with strong Salesforce administration and reporting experience. They will also have strong analytical skills, the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar role
  • Strong Salesforce administration and reporting experience
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, reporting, and CRM data in a national or multi-team environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, with experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Implementation, and Account Management teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive consistent ways of working
  • Transport or logistics industry experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable
