Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role assists the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees while executing store operations with excellence. The position is full-time and based in Nashua, NH, within the automotive retail field.

What You Will Do

Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards, while maintaining clear communication with customers and employees. Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
