Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role is part of the Store Management team, which drives store performance and ensures operational excellence. The position is based in Belmar, NJ, and is full-time.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Enforce safety compliance and assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
