What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency. Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
