This part-time role supports the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees while executing store operations with excellence. The position is based in Du Bois or Punxsutawney, PA, and is part of a leading automotive parts retailer.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Enforce safety compliance and assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
