Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role assists the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, and is key to executing store operations with excellence in the automotive retail field.

Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards, and assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly
