Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role assists the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, and is key to executing store operations with excellence. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and is full-time.

Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards, and enforce safety and compliance standards.
