They will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, and maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.

The Parts Sales Manager will lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. They will also resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, and uphold company policies.
