Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role assists the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees while executing store operations with excellence. The position is based in Ashburn, VA, and is part of AutoZone’s Store Management team.

What You Will Do

Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
