FP&A Lead

Role Overview

The FP&A CoE Lead will be responsible for building and leading the Financial Planning & Analysis Centre of Excellence, supporting global finance operations and driving financial performance across the Group.

What You Will Do

Leading the FP&A Centre of Excellence, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis activities; developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting and performance analysis frameworks; partnering with Business Units, Finance Directors and Corporate FP&A teams.

The successful candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Transformation, and a proven leadership experience within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Centre of Excellence environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• 8 to 12 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Transformation
• Proven leadership experience, preferably within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Centre of Excellence environment
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or similar financial planning and analytics tools
