Social Media & Recruiting-Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The position involves making E.GRUPPE and its companies visible to the outside and helping to win professionals. This includes planning content, setting up campaigns, maintaining channels and websites, and working closely with Recruiting, Sales, and Management.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain a content plan for recruiting and employer branding, set up and manage campaigns for open positions, brief and compare agencies, develop and maintain LinkedIn presence, maintain career sites and landing pages, and set up and evaluate tracking.

Requirements

• Study (marketing, communication, media, business administration, etc.) or training with relevant work experience
• Several years of experience in social media or online marketing, preferably with recruiting campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
• Safe handling of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools, simple photo and video editing, basic knowledge of web analytics and tracking
• Basic knowledge of data protection in marketing (DSGVO, right to one’s own image, consent)
• Self-motivation: You take action, work structured, and set priorities
• Good sense of texts, images, and tone – and enthusiasm for people and projects on site
• Experience with websites (CMS), landing pages, and cooperation with agencies
• High travel readiness
• Very good German, good English (an advantage)
• Interest in electrical engineering, energy, and craftsmanship – and openness to KI tools
